On this page we want to thank everyone who contributed to Board Game Online.
Creators
Board Game Online was originally created by DysprosiumDy and
Ishtar. For the past years the game has been managed by
DysprosiumDy and Ano,
both of which work on the game as much as they can.
Artists
The original artists were Marijke and
Gerjanne. Most of the older images you see were drawn by them.
Also, they are hot twins.
For the past year our main artists are Marijke,
Yel Zamor and Marieke.
All three artists have created numerous item and event images.
Ghanz also helped us out a few years ago. Most notably he drew the ACME Shop
event image and the items you can buy there.
Jukebox Admins
Since we started working on Board Game, a lot of people have joined us on our quest to create a wacky, cool
game. Some of these have become our trustworthy Jukebox Admins!
- Bert is Bert. The best Bert. He single-handedly added thousands
of songs to the Jukebox, mainly through the song suggestion feature. Without him, we would never have found the time
to add all those amazing songs. If you see him in the lobby, cheer at him, raise him a beer and do a /bert.
- Lee has been a fan of Board Game when it was still an offline
game on a calculator, circulating around highschool. He originally managed the jukebox and added hundreds of songs.
If you ever play against him, remember that he'll never decline a drink for the chance it might be a beer.
- Hazzard became a Jukebox Admin in September 2012. He's always in
the lobby, making us wonder if he ever sleeps...
- Vamic became a Jukebox Admin in September 2012. This sexy dude is
even in the Dark Room in-game!
- Silv is our newest addition to the team! He started as a Jukebox
Admin in April 2013 and knows most of the remote corners of the game that many players have never even seen.
Sound & Music
First off, we have to thank Schillmania for making
Sound Manager 2, which made adding sounds to the
game a breeze. We must amplify that it's an awesome piece of software, which we use a lot. Thanks,
Schillmania!
Next we'd like to thank Soundsnap for providing us with free sounds for our
game. Most of the sounds you hear in-game come from them. Thanks a million, guys!
