While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your email address ("Personal Information").

It is important to note that we do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. Our business is to make fun games, not to sneakily sell Personal Information. We only share information with companies listed under Log Data.

Since the correctness of information about your gender or sexual preference is not necessary for running our Service, and since the information you provide becomes (semi)public, you are not obligated to disclose this information. If you feel uncomfortable to share this information you can select the default options.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. Such statistics are useful to us, because they allow us to measure the Site's performance and improve it.

In addition, we use Google Analytics, a third party service that collects, monitors and analyzes such data for us.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of the Site, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Personal data collected: Cookie and Usage Data. Place of processing: USA. You can find Google's privacy policy here.

We also use Youtube to embed videos on our Site. Youtube may gather data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that has to do with Frostbolt Games' projects. You can change this setting in your Account Settings. Look for the "Receive newsletters" option there.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some features of our Site, such as login sessions.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Some examples of our efforts to keep your Personal Information safe include the use of HTTPS and hashed passwords. Due to the way we store your login information, even if thieves were to break into our database, they would only find hashes instead of plain passwords.

We store your information on servers located in France and the United States.
